Carl Saunders is an accomplished entrepreneur, engineer, and coach with a passion for innovation and helping others achieve their full potential. He is perhaps best known for his role as the founder and former CEO of Vorum, a world-renowned technology company specializing in the development of advanced computer-aided design hardware and software for custom prosthetic and orthotic devices.
Under Carl's leadership, Vorum became the global leader in its field, earning worldwide recognition for its ground-breaking innovations and leading edge solutions. From 2015 onward, Carl attributes much of Vorum’s success to its implementation of the Metronomics Growth System framework. Within four years of adopting Metronomics, Vorum saw its revenues double, its profits triple, and all its employees (and their partners) flown to Hawaii to celebrate!
Since his successful exit from Vorum in 2020, Carl has been making an impact as a Metronomics business team coach, helping CEOs and their leadership teams improve their organizations’ performance with ease, speed, and confidence. Drawing on his extensive experience as a CEO, entrepreneur, coach and real-life Metronomics adopter, Carl is able to provide valuable guidance to companies who have struggled to grow their businesses on their own.
