Richard is a dynamic C.E.O. whose passion is to help fellow entrepreneurs achieve their greatness. He founded Pluribus Technologies Inc. and acquired 13 owner-operator companies in 4 verticals in only four years. One of the things he learned was that all entrepreneurs want to have an exit strategy but often don't have a plan. Their goal is to help their employees find a good home, maintain the legacy they have built, meet their valuation expectations and minimize their post transaction involvement. They just don't know how to achieve that.

Richard is able to combine the Metronomics system and his experience over the past 30 years in running over 50 small to medium-sized B2B to meet these goals. This includes upskilling the management team, increasing organic sales growth through direct and indirect channel sales, accessing other markets such as the U.S. and Europe, and executing a strategic M&A plan.

As a former client of Metronomics in four companies that he started or acquired, Richard is passionate about the transparency and accountability that the Metronomics system brings to a company and sees it as the ideal vehicle for him to mentor management teams.

Richard has been extremely successful in growing in different customer segments, verticals, and international markets using channel partnerships and can utilize the Metronomics system as a platform to implement this cost-effective strategy as an alternative to solely using direct sales.

As founder of Pluribus Technologies Corp, Richard was able to take this software rollup from $0 to $38 million in revenue within four years by raising $50 million in equity and $25 million in debt to acquire 13 companies. He is using the Metronomics system to educate clients on how to implement a cost-effective M&A strategy to accelerate their market share goals and complement organic growth strategies.

Richard has also taken to heart the concept of the "Corporate Athlete" found in the book C.E.O. Excellence to implement a self-care routine of meditation, exercise, sleep routines, and diet to maximize his performance in the workplace. He is excited to share this game-changer with others and promote a more balanced lifestyle for executives.
