LILI SUSSMAN

Dr. Lili Sussman holds a PhD from Harvard University (in decision-making), and has spent two decades scaling tech businesses, leading not for profits, consulting to some of the largest multinationals, and building new products and innovations across diverse international markets and sectors.

In 2023, she was named Australia's Female Fintech leader of the Year, having doubled revenue and customer growth year on year at one of the country's top 20 fastest growing tech companies, while building the #1 best place to work in Australia for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Her unique personal journey also includes recovering from a serious brain injury, when she lost her ability to read and walk on the street, which has led to a deep interest in the brain, and into the power of healing and personal transformation. She now advises and coaches growth businesses, as a Metronomics Coach helping teams achieve consistent high growth (designed to drive 10x valuation every 3 years). She coaches leadership teams to scale up together, similar to the way a sports team coach works with a team (think Ted Lasso 🙂), and lives with her family in Sydney, Australia.
