Andrew is a nationally recognized author, speaker and executive coach. He is the Founder of The Oxley Group, an Executive and Leadership Coaching firm specializing in helping in helping CEO’s achieve the freedom they started their company to achieve. For the past 30 years The Oxley Group has worked with thousands of leaders from organizations as diverse as Progressive, Mohawk, CNN; as well as entrepreneur led companies like AJC Group, DCO Commercial Floors and Gold Creek Foods.

Andrew started his entrepreneurial journey early in life and had run three successful businesses before he graduated from college. He then went to work for Trane Air Conditioning where he and his team consistently set sales records for both revenue and profitability. Even though he ran the most successful sales team in Canada's history, he felt that I had more to give. In the national paper one day he ran across a quote: ‘The trouble with the rat race is even if you win, youre still a rat’. He then decided to quit his job and dedicate his life to inspiring and equipping leaders to live their lives the fullest. Andrew then immigrated to the US and started his career in executive and leadership coaching.

His journey as a entrepreneur led him to be coached by many leaders in the industry; notably Bob Proctor, Dan Sullivan and Michael Hyatt. His life experiences and over 30 years of focus on leadership have uniquely positioned him to help CEO’s of entrepreneurial companies to bridge the gap between where they are and the freedom they have always desired. His experience coaching CEO’s and executives has borne out that too many leaders end up in a perpetual state of overwhelm which leaves them overcommitted and overworked. Andrew’s coaching has focused on helping CEO’s create a high performance business where they are a catalyst for change and do not feel exhausted at the end of the day. This leads entrepreneur’s to experience the three freedoms that are most important to them: Freedom of Time. Freedom to Grow and Freedom of Relationships.

Andrew and his wife Traci live in Gainesville, GA with their four grown children; Natalie, Drew, Ella and Adam, who are embarking on careers of their own.
