Nicola is an experienced accredited executive coach, strategy consultant and facilitator with over 20 years experience in strategy, innovation, business change and transformation across multiple industries and countries. She has experience in the private, public, voluntary and not-for-profit sectors.

Nicola works with organisations and executive teams to transform their business, by bringing clarity and alignment to their strategic thinking, planning, teamwork and implementation processes. She enables organisations to evolve and grow by working with them to:

• Develop their vision and strategy;
• Empower teams to collaborate more effectively;
• Facilitate teams to innovate and increase creativity;

She previously worked as a management consultant in EY Dublin with clients in Ireland, UK, Europe & the US. She was a Director of Management Consultancy at RSM Ireland. Nicola spent 5 years with a subsidiary of Activision Blizzard where she was Director of Business Services, a member of the leadership team with responsibility for Human Resources, Facilities, and Information Technology globally. She has also lectured at Dublin City University Business School.
