Damian Byrne is the principal owner of Alementary Services, which offers coaching/consulting services to a broad range of clients. His practice as a Metronomics Certified Coach focuses on results by building confidence in predicting future growth of the company. In addition to being a lifelong coach, he brings more than 30 years of CEO and entrepreneurial experience to the table.

A varied career has provided Damian with a keen understanding of what it takes to harness the energies of a large, diverse team, blending different business units together to achieve common goals.
Damian has a strong communication style and can clearly articulate a vision to a broad team while building consensus with various stakeholders both within an organization and throughout the broader community. He employs a consultative and approachable coaching style, attuned to feedback, welcoming input from team members and is currently working with 9 clients in varied industries across Canada, United States, UK, and India. He has been coaching Metronomics for almost a decade and was the first certified coach. In the last three years he has coached the founders and senior leadership teams of six companies to significant exit events. He was named Rookie of the year nine years ago, and more recently at the 2024 coaches awards, the Metronomics Accountability Ambassador and 5 year milestone award.
Damian is a married father of 3, and grandfather of 2 little girls that lovingly refer to him as "Grumpy". His active lifestyle has led him to completing 5 Ironman races, as well as more than 20 marathons, with a PB of 3:18. He also enjoys Alpine skiing (and coaching, of course), fly fishing, mountain biking, and hockey. Go Habs!
