What are the 3HAG Awards?

The 3HAG Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of CEOs, leadership teams, and coaches who have successfully reached their Highly Achievable Goals (1HAGs & 3HAGs).

These awards acknowledge the exceptional dedication, strategy, and execution demonstrated through the Metronomics journey.

Award Categories & Qualifications

Foundation Year Award

Successfully achieved your 1HAG
Actively worked with a Metronomics Coach for a minimum of 9 months

Momentum Year Award

Achieved 60% of your 3HAG
Actively worked with a Metronomics Coach for a minimum of 18 months

Compounding Year Award

Successfully achieved your 3HAG
Actively worked with a Metronomics Coach for a minimum of 24 months

Qualification for All Awards:

Be actively working with a Metronomics Coach
Be actively using the Metronome Software
Be able to provide evidence from the Metronome Software or planning sessions that showcase the crafted 1HAG or 3HAG, along with accompanying documentation confirming the achievement of the 1HAG or 3HAG
Attend the Virtual Award Ceremony to receive the award!

How to Apply for the 2025 3HAG Awards

Applications are open! Here's how you can apply:

Step 1:

Ensure your business has worked with a Metronomics Coach for the required period (9, 18, or 24 months depending on the category).

Step 2:

Ensure that you are actively using Metronome Software and have evidence of your 1HAG/3HAG achievement.

Step 3:

Prepare supporting documentation showcasing your progress (Metronome Software reports, planning session notes, etc.).

Step 4:

Fill out the application form below.

Step 5:

Wait for the announcement of the winners!!

Meet the 2024 3HAG Award Winners

Compounding Year Award Winner: Camden Homes

Camden Homes won the Compounding Award for their outstanding achievement in 2023, thanks to the guidance of Metronomics coach Mike Mirau.

Mike’s coaching helped align their efforts toward their ambitious 3HAG target set in Q1 2020 — building 600 homes in one year. By 2023, Camden Homes exceeded this goal, delivering 609 homes.

For Camden Homes, it's not just about the numbers; each home represents a life changed, staying true to their purpose of making a lasting impact.

Momentum Year Award Winner: Bits in Glass

Bits in Glass won the Momentum Year Award for their impressive performance in 2023, supported by the guidance of Metronomics coach Damian Byrne.

Damian's coaching helped align their efforts with their ambitious 3HAG goals, focusing on growth in revenue, profit, and cash.

While they didn’t fully reach those targets, their strong performance led to a significant investment secured on December 28th. This success positions Bits in Glass for continued innovation and growth.

Foundation Year Award Winner: BetterRX

BetterRX achieved the Foundation Year Award for reaching their 1HAG in December 2022, thanks to the guidance of Metronomics coach Rob Monson.

Rob's strategic insights helped align all departments with the company’s priorities.

By staying disciplined and focused on their mission to "End Needless Patient Suffering," BetterRX reached their goal, resulting in a 455% year-over-year increase in net income. This success enabled them to self-fund growth and expand their team.
